CTL Mission:
Within Scripture, our Creator reveals His intent and workings with all humanity. He especially calls out one people, the Israelites. These peoples are given a Covenant relationship which will last forever. It is generally not appreciated that, without exception, all people who are His are so through covenant. There is no difference between the terms of the covenant that Israel or the Gentiles are to join. The Mission of the volunteers at CovenantToLife.org is to carefully glean through the Tenakh (Old Testament), and present in video and audio formats free study tools which may be utilized to help seeking people, who are either of Hebrew descent or Gentiles, explore the relationship which our Creator YHWH requires from humanity.

Our Passion:
In study of scripture it quickly becomes evident that there are several fundamentals our Creator places as extremely important.

Today, except among the Jewish people, the first four principals are generally not viewed to be of great importance. The scriptures given to Israel which are referred to as the Tenakh (Genesis through Malachi) leave little unanswered about relationships, redemption, salvation and the fate of the nations. Oftentimes people are unaware that the questions that nag them in the back of their minds are very clearly answered. It is the passion at CTL to help anyone who may be seeking to understand the simple questions “What does my Creator want with me?” or “What is this life all about?” to find the answers in the context of scripture.

Our Doctrine:
Our Doctrine is best explained in the context of two real life situations. Recently after viewing some of this video series a friend told me that we didn’t come across as Christian because we didn’t say so expressly. Another gentleman I respect said he agreed with the content, and felt it to be true, but couldn’t accept it because we didn’t expressly state the doctrine of the trinity. In our video titled names – Yahshua, Lloyd Willard, the Director of CTL expressly states that he believes Yahshua to be the Messiah. This was unconvincing to these gentlemen because two critical words Christian and Trinity are not stated within this series.

Both of these words are broad and general words. A Roman Catholic will not agree that an evangelical is a Christian in the sense of salvation, or visa-versa. The trinity means something very different among many spectrums of Christianity. To a Jewish person, these are both folly.

CTL does not enter this controversy. Our objective is to deeply study the Scriptures of the Tenakh (Old Testament), learn from them, and relay the information in a format that is easy to learn. Scripture is rich, but it does challenge many doctrines. In studying the subject matter relating the name YHWH and the covenants, many of the doctrines that tear Christianity and Judaism apart are laid bare and the expectations clarified.

In order to clearly understand what our Heavenly Father teaches us about himself, His expectations, and His plans for humanity, we need to pray for understanding continually. We also need to carefully read the written record He has left for us. CTL has no doctrinal motives beyond this.

What is CTL?
CTL is a non-denominational, non-profit organization entirely funded by volunteers.

What service does CTL provide?
We have recorded several series of topical studies and provided them on the internet and on DVD in video and audio format. These may be downloaded without any cost or obligation or purchased at the cost of the packaging and shipment. These series are copyright protected, but free with one condition. The contents must be kept in the context of the entire video segment. No permission is given to add to or take away from the original contents. The reason for this is that we have taken extreme care to set an environment where scripture can speak for itself. Taking short segments out of the middle of a larger segment will often misdirect the reader.
